Russian Film Week 2020 — Online Edition
The pandemic edition: the festival moved online and streamed its programme to UK and international audiences.
With cinemas closed by the pandemic, the fifth Russian Film Week moved entirely online, streaming its programme of features, documentaries and shorts to audiences across the UK and beyond.
The online format kept the festival's continuity intact and reached viewers well outside London for the first time. The festival returned to cinemas the following year.
